Light Gauge Steel Stud and Joist
The patented Nexcon Light Gauge Steel Stud and Joist provides builders with numerous options for constructing buildings safely, quickly and cost effectively. These sections are stronger than typical light gauge steel studs and joists, offering greater capacity and a wider variety of structural solutions for residential and commercial buildings.

Thin-Shell Precast Concrete Panels
The Nexcon Thin-Shell Precast Concrete Panels can be used as simple exterior cladding or as interior or exterior load bearing walls within a structure. The additional capacity achieved by the composite action of steel and concrete allow for the construction of larger, taller buildings.

Thin-Shell Precast Concrete Floor Panels
These lightweight panels can span up to 8m. The panels offer significant improvement over existing precast floor technology as finishes can be applied immediately upon installation, without requiring leveling compounds or other preparation.
